Koito KDLT003 39000-78258 Toyota 85967-51050 Xenon HID Computer Light Control ballast.

39000-78258 Xenon module is factory fitted on many different Toyota and Lexus cars with D4S D4R 35W xenon headlamps.

Toyota 85967-51050 headlight ballast only will work with D4S or D4R bulbs and won't work with similar looking D2S type, because of different voltage.

39000-78258 Control Unit comes with bulb cord also known as bulb holder, as it is integrated inside the part.
