Status of stock
The item can be in stock in any of our warehouses, If item isn't in stock at all warehouses it will be stated on website.
We accept PayPal & Credit Cards payments.
If you are under 18 years old any order must follow with your parents acceptance.
We, the seller, can not be hold responsible for any legal matter, present or future, regarding the products at sale. All information herein or supplied printed manuals are general and the installer must assure that fitting is possible or make such modifications that requires by the individual circumstances. The seller can not be hold responsible for any missuse or wrong handling by product or installation. If any doubt of skills, please take advise of profesionals.
Please remember that it is your responsibility to ensure that the items purchased are suitable for your vehicle make/model.We provide technical specification information so that you can make an educated buying decision.
Goods Arrived Faulty:
If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 10 working days to inform us of the fault. When the goods are returned to us and the fault has been verified we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method or send a replacement as required.
Goods Faulty in Warranty Period:
If your goods develop a fault within the warranty period then please contact us to arrange a replacement.
For warranty period please check short description of each item, as it varies. Some items don't have warranty for example genuine mercedes-benz nox sensors and halogen bulbs.
In the unlikely event your item develops a fault during the warranty period Xenons4U LTD will replace any failed part. We ask that you send the faulty item back to us please contact us before (Note: in some cases we will need just pictures, contact us for more details).
Once the faulty parts are received we will send your replacement parts. Any product warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended Xenons4U, or any alteration or repair carried out without the our approval.
We offer various length product warranty, which is written on the product description. Replacements will be despatched to the address as originaly ordered, if you would like to receive replacement parts to a different address than ordered or abroad, customer must get in touch and provide full delivery address. We charge £3 or £5 for UK Mainland delivery depending on the postage method.
If you did change your mind or would like to return item for refund, we won't refund payment processing fees which are fixed 4.5% of the total amount paid and original postage cost paid to us, unless we did desptch wrong part.
If you have changed your mind:
If you have simply changed your mind about your order and you wish to return your goods then in line with the Distance Selling Directive (DSD) you can do so provided you inform us of this decision within 10 days from delivery. The goods must not be used and must be in original condition (not used, damaged, with original packing etc) when returned to us. Once you’ve informed us of your decision to return goods under DSD you have 28 days to do so at your own expense. Once goods are received at Xenons4U warehouse we’ll issue a refund for the cost of the goods to your original payment method (Note: Shipping costs won’t be refundable). We do charge 4.5% refund processing fee.
If it doesn’t fit to your car:
If happened parts won’t fit to your car please 'Contact Us' and let our team help you to find right ones. You will be responsible for shipping cost returning item and re-sending back to you. (If it was your mistake by buying part without consultation).
If you need more information about fitting just let us know and we will make sure you will receive all possible information about it. The same refund rule apply as for changed mind reason.
Need to request a return?
Now you know our returns policy you can request a return using our contact form by clicking the 'Contact Us' link. Please remember to include your name, order reference and date of purchase and reason of order return. Address where to return will be provided after contacting us. In addition for some returns we do require to provide pictures or more information.
You may send returns back to us via whatever method you choose, however we do recommend using a trackable service and obtaining proof of postage if order is more expensive. When sending returns back to us please make sure they are well packed and secure as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
