130732931201 A1669002800 Xenon Light control unit module is factory fitted on many different Mercedes-Benz cars with factory fitted D1S 35W HID gas discharge headlamps.

To identify if control unit is faulty first step would be to double check headlights fuses, next step would be check HID bulbs if both parts are in working order then it is definitelly ballast's issue.
