Koito 39000-60082 xenon module is factory fitted on many different Toyota and Subaru cars with D4S D4R 35W xenon headlamps.
Headlight ballast only will work with D4S or D4R bulbs and won't work with similar looking D2S type, because of different voltage.
Xenon Light Control Unit comes with bulb cord also known as bulb holder (igniter), as it is integrated inside the part.
