Xenon-licht control ballast is factory fitted on BMW 5 series E39 cars with D2S 35W gas discharge xenon headlamps.
HID ballast is direct repalcement for very expensive hella brand ballast and will save you a fortune.
Hella 5DV 007 760-01 HID ballast unit is responsible for igniting and controlling D2S D2R 35W HID bulbs.
Ballast comes with D2S D2R socket for HID bulb cord also known as bulb holder, as it is integrated inside the part and can't be unplugged.
