Genuine Mercedes Benz A0009058909 Continental ACC Distronic Distance Radar sensor 

LU A0009058909 ACC is factory fitted to Mercedes Benz cars with smart cruise distronic system.

ACC means Adaptive Cruise Control system, it is new technology for radar sensors, which means litteraly what it says, once you set-up your cruise speed it additionally and autonomously adjusts speed, does braking, stops etc. depending on the traffic (vehicle) in front of you to avoid collision.

A000 905 89 09 is long range sensor and used for W222 C238 W213 and many other mercedes cars.

Sensor is reponsible for distronic plus cruise control functions on the car, so if you are experiencing any of distronic malfunctions or see on-board computer warning message related to distronic plus inoperative, it means that sensor has failed.
