A218 900 81 05 control unit is factory fitted on Mercedes-Benz CLS W218 C218 X218 facelift with active headlamps.

LED power module for daytime driving lights (DRL).

If you are having LED daytime running lights or turn signal front indicator malfunctions, you will need to replace lear PXL218 LED module.
