A906 900 67 02 is factory fitted on Mercedes Sprinter Van W906.
Sensor is reponsible for distronic functions on the car, so if you are experiencing any of distronic malfunctions or see on-board computer error, it means that sensor has failed.
Distronic radar is used to monitor distance between cars in the front of the driver, so that you could keep the same distance, speed between you and the following car in front, brake or speed if necessary to avoid collision etc.
