Got the CREE 20W LED for my 05 BMW 645. First mechanic said they were too big, Xenons4u said they were a perfect fit BUT wud accept returns. My mechanic DID fit them in minutes. Of course NOT the intensity as DRL but an excellent upgrade. Far brighter then my previous MTec v3. Thanks for a superb product and great customer service!

Tips for successfully upgrading E53 X5 Angel Eyes

Great product, bright white lights look great & no warning bongs/messages. Old bulb holders hard to remove though - I found if you rotate them slightly too much anti-clockwise they lock again. Ease back VERY slightly clockwise, give them a wiggle and they pop out. Ensure you then line-up the single rectangular locking tab on the new bulb holders with the similar mounting hole in the light unit. The other two tabs are angled. On my RHD X5 I had to remove bolts securing the power steering pump and water header tank to access nearside bulb holder. Much easier than it sounds though - just be careful not to drop a bolt down into the wing/valance as I did! When finished, updated white lights looked great so I poured myself a beer to celebrate! Feedback - shame such tips are not included with the bulbs - no instructions whatsoever.

I bought this for my e53 x5 but I am disappointed as they are not bright at night they are ok but day time invisible, cheap Chinese product.
