By now we know that the car is breaking records and now the peak Horsepower of this model is 1100 Hp. On such high horsepower, you can also expect to reach 60 miles per hour within 2 seconds and travel a range of 520 miles. It is majestic. Previously, Lucid Air made a record of 517 miles during the Lucid Air Grand Touring.
It consists of three electric motors, its predecessor Tesla Model S Plaid + had a similar system of motors. The car was called off by the Tesla CEO, Elon Musk because he believed the current car is more than enough.
The battery is even better in this variant, with 4680 even more efficient cells and a 100 kWh battery. The battery has been made by Tesla themselves, which has allowed them to increase efficiency. The battery is warranted to last around 8 years or maybe more. Long Range and Plaid platforms have been united to get the best of the batteries that will give you great performance in all kinds of weather conditions. By all kinds of weather conditions, it is meant that due to the season of winter it is possible that the performance of batteries may differ. So in this version, the physics has been taken care of at its best.
It can reach 200 mph while driving, one of the highest for electric vehicles. This defeats its rivals Lucid Air Dream Edition & Porsche Taycan Turbo with respective top speeds; 168 mph and 162 mph. The Tesla Model S Plaid is capable of completing a quarter-mile in only 9 seconds or less. Before this, the record by Porsche Taycan Turbo of 10.5 seconds was considered astonishing.
Interior
The exterior of Teslas has always been under criticism as they are not as exciting compared to electric vehicles produced by Porsche or Audi. However, when it comes to the interior, Tesla is always able to balance out the bore caused by the exterior. Exterior
Here it comes, the exterior of the car. It is very agreeable that the exterior is more or less the same. Monochrome with the symbol of Tesla in the front. The interesting facto to consider here is that they do not put any effort into it because the exterior of the respective car is designed while keeping efficiency in mind.
The surface and curves of the outer body have been made with aerodynamics in consideration. The car seems simpler to look at, but if you consider different factors you will understand that while the engine is important it is crucial to observe the impact of external factors. To achieve the desired speed it was important for them to shape the outer body of the sedan in a way that would minimize the resistance caused by the air.
